Maybe winter is nearly at an end. I have this great big tall Camellia plant in my front garden that has started to flower and looks fabulous!
Whenever it starts to bloom we get a few days of lovely warm sunshine and blue skies followed by a few nights of cold frosts.
Unfortunately, it gets to the petals on these flowers as they are not frost hardy. But for a few days it is wonderful to see some color appearing in my garden at the beginning of March.
Oh how I crave color in my garden, I am hopeful that we are in for a good gardening year! 🙂
