I was sifting through my inbox over the weekend and came across a mail that was becoming a popular share. It contained a very helpful tip on how to take O2 Drops for the best results.
I’ll let Keith tell you his story on how he uses O2 Drops… (a related O2 Drops Q&A PDF can be downloaded here).
Here’s his great story…
A few members have asked me, “What’s the best way to take their O2 drops once their product arrives?” …So I thought this recommendation guide may also be helpful to other members.
As you’ve seen in the photo of O2 on your new O2ww.com website, the bottle is a small, hard, white plastic bottle with a screw cap that protects the built-in plastic dropper. The bottle’s plastic is hard to help you control the amount of drops you take with each dosage.
When I began taking O2 a few weeks ago, I was told me that the best way to take it so that I would begin feeling or noticing the results sooner, was “sublingually” – Putting the drops under my tongue so that the O2 could get into by blood steam much sooner than it would if I just swallowed it, or mixed it with water and then drank it. They were right (more on that in a minute).
While the recommended dosage was 15 drops per use, a lady suggested only starting with 7-8 drops per use because that’s what she does, and she always feels the results. I followed her recommendation, and agree with her 100%.
We also recommend that when you place the drops under your tongue, try not to swallow for at least 1-2 minutes (or longer), as this will allow you to get more of the stabilized oxygen and minerals in O2 to get into your blood stream quicker, via the capillary blood vessels under the tongue – Like a human IV.
Mixing O2 Drops With Water
Out of curiosity, I tried taking O2 mixed with water after I had been on the supplement for about two weeks… I just didn’t feel anything. Yet, when I took in sublingually the very next time, that good feeling was there again. So I will always take it sublingually because I feel it every-time.
Of course, the more oxygen deprived your body has been (a smoker, health challenges, living in a major city, or near a chemical plant, power plant, etc.), chances are, you’ll feel O2 go to work quicker.
IMPORTANT – If you elect to put your O2 drops in a small plastic cup or spoon when taking, make sure the spoon or cup are NOT metal, as metal destabilizes the oxygen.
Also, if you’re going to take O2 before eating, make sure it’s at least a hour or longer before your meal, and don’t take O2 for at least a half hour or longer after eating.

If you experience the same type of results with O2 that I have, you’ll notice the longer you’re
taking it, the better you’ll begin to feel.
I was also told me that if someone’s not sure whether O2 is actually helping them… After taking it 2-3 times a day consistently for at least a week… Just stop taking it. When you start to feel the way you did before starting on O2, you’ll know it was helping your body.
I haven’t been brave enough to try that test yet because I love the way I’ve felt for almost the
past three weeks now.
I personally take O2 drops 3 times a day, 7-8 drops sublingually each time – It remains in the body for up to 4 hours or longer.
You’ll have to set up a schedule that works best for you, but I take it first thing in the morning,
a little after midday, and then again in the early evening. On a really gruelling day, I’ve taken 4
As to what type of results you can expect, I really don’t know because each of our bodies are
different… But I will tell you what I’ve consistently experienced since starting on O2:
My nagging aches and pains aren’t noticeable anymore; I sleep much better, and feel better when I wake up. I recover much quicker. I’m happier (my wife says so). I’m more energetic. My stamina and endurance have definitely improved, as I have been working 18 hour or longer days on our O2 business for the past few weeks leading up to the launch, and I still feel better than I have in over 20 years.
Every time I take O2, after about 2 minutes of not swallowing it, I feel like something’s running
through my body. It’s hard to really describe this feeling until you’ve experienced it for yourself.
My mental clarity improves. I think clearer. I’m more energized (but not like the energy from a
super-fruit – More like the natural energy coming from my body when I was younger).
Hopefully this information will be helpful for you when beginning your personal regimen with O2 soon, and I truly pray that it helps you as much as O2 is helping me… Because if it does, you’ll want to help everyone you can, discover O2 drops too.
